Mochi Ice Cream Pie

"Perfect dessert for the whole family. A new take on a traditional pie and delectable way to finish off that meatloaf and potato dinner."

Ingredients:
  • 1 prepared pie crust (graham cracker or Oreo)
  • 1 Box of Mochi ice cream (we recommend Vanilla, Chocolate or Strawberry)
  • 1 jar ice cream topping.


    Directions:
  • Let Mochi ice cream sit out on counter-top until somewhat thawed.
  • Spoon into pie crust and distribute evenly.
  • Melt ice cream topping and drizzle over pie.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
